A native of Alabama, Lee graduated from Auburn
University with a BS degree in Economics and a BA degree in
Psychology. After military service in the US Air Force as a
commissioned officer, he did graduate work at the University
of Wisconsin where he focused on the work of Abraham Maslow.
He then served in operational leadership roles in both union
and management organizations before becoming a third party
resource, coach, counselor and consultant to organizational
leaders.
Since 1970 he has worked with more than 140
organizations and 100,000+ working men and women in both the
public and
private sector in North America and Europe. He is now retired
and lives on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina where he
is devoting his time to working with a small number of
select clients, teaching, writing, working with Habitat for
Humanity,
and improving his golf game.
